从今年1月开始,群众路线教育实践活动进入第二批活动阶段,活动在省以下各级机关及其直属单位和基层组织开展。截至6月30日,90%的地市、50%的县已召开常委班子专题民主生活会。在新一轮民主生活会开展中,可以发现官员们“批评与自我批评”比第一批时尺度更大,火药味更浓。领导干部们不再顾忌面子问题,“炮轰XX”、“向我开炮”等屡屡见诸报端,在多场民主生活会上还出现了领导干部哽咽流泪的场面,不少“辣得让人出汗红脸”的批评话语成为提高班子凝聚力、解决问题、洗涤领导干部思想灵魂的金言金句,市县级民主生活会质量不断升级。
