山西介休义棠安益煤业有限公司前身为晋中义棠煤矿工贸公司,2002年10月改制为介休安益煤炭有限责任公司,2006年—2009年经两次资源整合兼并重组后更名为山西介休义棠安益煤业有限公司,是股份制企业。公司设有董事会、监事会、党总支、工会等管理机构,行政管理机构有16个部室,9个基层队,现有员工1217人,其中本科及工程技术人员117人。
