目前在全国商业油库中,接卸汽油均采用上卸法。即利用安装在装卸油台上,距钢轨顶面4.7米左右的鹤管或胶管插入罐车,再开泵抽卸,送入储罐。这种办法对于温度低于30℃、大气压在10米水柱的条件下,接卸各种轻油是可行的。但对于在35~40℃的汽油来讲,卸油作业中经常出现鹤管最高点的“汽阻”现象,使卸油中断。为了解决这个问题,各库在高温季节大都采用了简单的降温和利用真空泵抽汽油的措施,但效果很不理想。
