一、概况粉末喷涂是80年代国内外新兴的表面涂装工艺。在技术上是成功的,成本上是经济的,成品质量与油漆相比是可靠的。从作为保护性涂层用在电器绝缘、金属耐磨蚀方面发展到作为装饰性涂层。可广泛用于汽车外壳、自行车和缝纫机零件、仪器仪表及家用电器壳体、钢制家俱以及各种专用机械的零件等。可以代替油漆喷涂工艺,是我国“七·五”期间重点推广攻关项目之一。近一两年来,这一工艺的应用逐渐增加,粉末喷涂工艺成套设备有专业厂生产。
I. Overview Powder coating is an emerging surface coating process at home and abroad in the 1980s.
