以高杆水稻香稻品种和矮杆水稻矮籼7号品种为材料,用去壁低渗法制作染色体标本.结果表明,这两个材料的染色体核型和Giemsa染色区表现出一定差异.香稻的核型有7对中部着丝点染色体(K2,K3,K5,K7,K8,K11和K12),4对亚中部着丝点染色体(K1,K6,K9和K10)和1对亚端部着丝点染色体(K4),核型公式为2n=24=7m+4sm(STA)+lst.矮籼7号有7对中部着丝点染色体(K2,K3,K5,K7,K10,K11和K12),3对亚中部着丝点染色体(K1,K6和K8)和2对亚端部着丝点染色体(K4和K9),核型公式为2n=24=7m(SAT)+3sm+2st.各条染色体的Giemsa染色体区在同源染色体上基本相同而且稳定,因此可为核型分析提供重要的依据.
The high-barley rice varieties and short-barley rice variety Dianxian 7 were used as materials to make chromosome samples with low wall permeability. The results showed that there was some difference between the chromosomal karyotypes and the Giemsa stained areas of these two materials. The karyotypes of Aromatic rice were 7 pairs of centromeric chromosomes (K2, K3, K5, K7, K8, K11 and K12), 4 pairs of centromeric chromosomes (K1, K6, K9 and K10) End centromere (K4), the karyotype formula is 2n = 24 = 7m + 4sm (STA) + lst. There are 7 pairs of centromeric chromosomes (K2, K3, K5, K7, K10, K11 and K12) in Dwarfing 7, 3 pairs of centromeric chromosomes (K1, K6 and K8) and 2 pairs of sub-dorsal Chromosomes (K4 and K9) have a karyotype of 2n = 24 = 7m (SAT) + 3sm + 2st. The Giemsa chromosome region of each chromosome is basically the same and stable on homologous chromosomes, so it can provide an important basis for karyotyping.
