方药及服法市售鲜刀豆去仁留衣250克,加水2500ml煎取汁,早、中、晚分3次内服,一般轻者1次即愈,重者3～6次获愈。另外,以老刀豆衣晒干炒炭研未装瓶备用,每次3克冲服,每日2次,一般2～4次即愈。适用于各种原固所致的顽固性呃逆。病例介绍朱××,男,52岁,呃递频作半月。遍用柿蒂、丁香,竹叶石膏汤合小半夏汤加减,针刺内关、膈俞,足三里、巨阙等穴按摩推拿等多种疗法共施均罔效,遂于1987年8月10日初诊。现症:呃逆频频,呃声洪亮,口吐痰涎,口干、溲黄、便结,舌红苔少,脉细数。此属阴虚火旺兼有痰湿作祟,故用常法常方无效,遂以鲜刀豆
