刘某,男,25岁,农民,1984年4月7日诊。患者两颊两眼皮青黑,细观小点满布,大者成片,已近1年。终日心情不快。现症:颜面小点跳痛,午后较著,伴面颊发热,五心烦热,夜寐盗汗,咽干口燥,身体消瘦,下肢痿软,舌纤赤,苔薄黄腻,脉沉弦细数。辨证:阴虚血热、肝风内动、外风挟湿。立法:养阴清热、凉血熄风、祛风除湿。方药:双钩藤9克白蒺藜9克冬霜叶9克焦栀子6克粉丹皮9克香白芷6克净蝉衣6克炒薏苡仁15克佩兰叶(后入)9克女贞子12克细生地15克蔓荆子6克薄荷(后入)3克白通草9克制龟板9
