目的:观察心泰胶囊对大鼠冠脉结扎致急性心肌梗死模型及垂体后叶素致大鼠心肌缺血的影响,证实其对心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:大鼠自主呼吸下冠状动脉结扎致心肌梗死模型,尾静脉注射垂体后叶素致急性心肌缺血模型,记录心电图及测定心肌梗死范围、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)。结果:心泰胶囊可降低大鼠心电图T波抬高幅度;降低血清LDH、CK水平;缩小冠脉结扎大鼠急性心肌缺血的梗死范围。结论:心泰胶囊对心肌缺血动物模型具有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xintai Capsule on myocardial infarction-induced acute myocardial infarction and pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia in rats and its protective effect on myocardial ischemia. Methods: The model of myocardial infarction was induced by ligation of coronary artery under spontaneous breathing in rats. The model of acute myocardial ischemia induced by vasopressin was injected into caudal vein. The electrocardiogram and the range of myocardial infarction were recorded. Serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), serum creatine kinase (CK) ). Results: Xintai Capsule could reduce the amplitude of T wave elevation in ECG, decrease the level of serum LDH and CK, and reduce the infarct size of acute myocardial ischemia in rats with coronary artery ligation. Conclusion: Xintai capsule has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia in animal models.
