为探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)临床治疗的最佳方法,对95例ITP病人按治疗方法不同共分为三组:口服激素治疗、激素冲击治疗及丙球冲击治疗。结果显示,本研究显示口服激素与激素冲击治疗在治疗效果上无明显显著性差异,而丙球治疗较其他二种方法显示出起效快、显效率高的特点,特别是对于重症病人及激素治疗无效的病人则效果更为显著。因此,因激素治疗较为经济有效,临床上应作为首选;而对于重症病人及激素治疗效果不显著的病人,可应用丙球冲击治疗
To investigate the best method of clinical treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), 95 cases of ITP patients were divided into three groups according to different treatment methods: oral hormonal therapy, hormonal impact therapy and c-ball impact therapy. The results show that the study showed no effect of oral hormones and hormones on the treatment effect was significantly different, while the ball treatment than the other two methods showed rapid onset, high efficiency markedly, especially for critically ill patients and hormones Treatment ineffective patients are more effective.
