我厂一辆“星光”小货车,在行驶中,加速时容易熄火,怠速时一切正常。发动机在怠速状态下,浮子室油平面正常,但加大油门时,油平面逐渐下降,最后油尽熄火。据此判定,上述故障是油路供油不足所致。检查汽油泵和滤清器:汽油泵供油正常;对滤芯进行清洗后,故障未能排除;进一步检查油箱和滤网,均正常。于是怀疑油管是否堵塞,用高压气吹后,故障仍然存在。最后发现在汽油泵到化油器的一段油管上有一处弯得过急,更换油管后,故障终于排除。
