前言葛洲坝水利枢纽第一期主体工程混凝土建筑物由三号船闸、冲沙闸、二号船闸、非溢流坝、电站厂房和泄水闸组成。在施工过程中,不少部位的混凝土产生了裂缝。据初步统计,截至1980年4月25日为止,先后检查发现混凝土裂缝3456条,其中绝大部分为表面裂缝。施工过程中在浇筑层顶面发现的裂缝基本上都作了布筋处理(约1295条)。表面裂缝降低建筑物的耐久性;深度较大的裂缝影响建筑物的整体性,不利于建筑物的稳定。因此,对影响建筑物安全的混凝土裂缝必须进行补强处理。
