自从交通部水基局签发的《港口工程技术规范混凝土和钢筋混凝土(施工部分)》试行以来,本刊陆续收到了有关该规范中第27条和第158条规定的意见稿。为此,编辑部约请水运规划设计院规范组杨松泉同志对此问题作扼要的阐述(见下文);同时,本期还择要选登了三航局二处孙国胜同志的意见稿,以供工程部门参考。
Since the trial implementation of “Port Engineering Specifications Concrete and Reinforced Concrete (Construction Section)” issued by the Bureau of Water Bureaus of the Ministry of Communications, we have successively received opinions on the provisions of Articles 27 and 158 of the Code. For this reason, the editorial department has invited Comrade Yang Songquan, a normative group of the Institute of Water Transport Planning and Designing, to give a brief account of the issue (see below); meanwhile, this issue also has the option of posting the draft opinion of Comrade Sun Guosheng, Engineering department reference.
