无反应性結核罕見于成年人。Forbes氏曾报告一例併用腎上腺皮质激素治疗結核病时发生的病例;李維华氏也曾报告大量腎上腺皮质激素治疗后发生粟粒性結核及肺內麴状菌感染,馬国鈞氏在小白鼠实驗性結核病的研究中,也发現少数小白鼠可以出現主要定位于网状內皮系統的結核性敗血症。我們在一例临床誤診为白血病,应用大量腎上腺皮质激素治疗后死亡病例的尸体剖检中,发現同时有严重的无反应性結核与茀状菌性敗血症併存,特提出报告(本文照片見603頁)。
