系统性红斑狼疮合并蛛网膜下腔出血少见我院曾收治一例,报告如下。病例介绍女,15岁。无明显诱因出现乏力咳嗽发热二周于1991年6月25日入院。幼时曾患贫血伴肝脾肿大。查体:体温38.9℃,贫血貌,皮肤无皮疹,心率90次/分,律齐,有心包摩擦音,两肺无罗音,肝肋下4cm,质中,脾肋下3cm,质中。WBC12.8×10~9/L,Hb55.g/L,尿蛋白+,血沉125mm/h,拟诊系统性红斑狼
