商业领域当前“利益主义”盛行,这很大程度影响了企业自身的建设以及整个社会领域的有序发展,加强企业相关文化建设成了当务之急。本文通过对当下企业道德滑坡的现状进行分析,阐述其危害性,引出企业在自身文化建设中加强思想政治教育工作的必要性。本文认为,加强企业思想政治教育在自身文化建设中的所占比重,不仅是推动企业自身持续发展和成功的核心竞争战略,也是中国特色社会主义市场经济健康、稳定发展的必然要求。
The prevailing prevalence of “interests ” in the commercial field has greatly affected the construction of enterprises themselves and the orderly development of the entire social field. It is imperative to strengthen the relevant cultural construction of enterprises. This article analyzes the current situation of corporate moral decline, expounds its harmfulness, and draws the necessity of strengthening the ideological and political education in enterprises’ own culture construction. This paper argues that strengthening the share of ideological and political education in our own culture is not only the core competitive strategy to promote the sustained development and success of enterprises, but also the inevitable requirement for the healthy and stable development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.
