2004年的秋天,怀揣着对教育的无限憧憬,我跨出师范学校的大门,走上小学的三尺讲台。与生俱来的认真和上进让我有机会在6年教学生涯工作中赛优课、评名师,追寻着自己的教育理想。2010年的秋天,怀揣着粉红色的教育梦想,我来到了一所朝气蓬勃的学校——东平湖街第一小学,三年的教学主任工作让我对自己的教师工作有了重新的思考。2013年的秋天,怀揣着对未来的美好愿景,我开始从事学校的常务副校长工作。每天,负责学校的日常管理,外加各种活动
In the fall of 2004, with my infinite vision for education, I stepped out of the door of the normal school and went to the three-foot podium in primary school.
