天津碱厂是一个具有86年发展历史的国有大型化工企业,做为大厂、老厂内部机体存在老化的状况在所难免,要克服“生命周期”的制约也绝非易事。在知识经济时代,仍然保持旺盛的活力,有所作为,有所发展,是全厂万名职工一直追求的目标。经过深刻的思考和不懈的探索,企业领导班子认识到在市场经济条件下,努力创建学习型企业,提升企业自身竞争力,强化人才资源开发,提高企业员工整体素质,才能永葆企业青春,立于不败之地。他们在创建学习型企业,强化人力资源开发方面,逐步建立和完善六大机制,作出了有益的探索。
