随着我国经济的发展,互联网的迅速普及,商业地产遭遇前所未有的发展瓶颈,社区商业是城市商业地产的重要组成部分,也是影响居民生活质量的重要因素,目前,我国在社区商业地产发展总体上处于不成熟阶段,存在诸多问题,本文笔者立足于社会责任视角,分析社区商业地产的功能地位、发展政策环境、生存状态、运营方式,以期对开发社区商业起到借鉴作用。
