目的:探讨罗布麻叶黄酮类成分的动态积累,为确定罗布麻叶的最佳采收期提供依据。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定不同采收时间罗布麻叶中总黄酮的含量,并以其中芦丁、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷和槲皮素为指标成分,采用高效液相色谱法考察它们的动态变化。结果:不同生长期罗布麻叶中黄酮类成分积累具有一定规律。结论:罗布麻叶黄酮类成分积累曲线最大峰值与传统采收期基本一致。
Objective: To explore the dynamic accumulation of flavonoids in Apocynum venetum leaves and provide basis for determining the optimal harvest time of Apocynum. METHODS: UV-Vis spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in A. venetum leaves at different harvest time. Rutin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin and quercetin were used as index components. Chromatography examines their dynamic changes. Results: The accumulation of flavonoids in A. venetum leaves at different growth stages has certain rules. Conclusion: The peak value of the accumulation curve of flavonoids in A. venetum leaves is basically the same as that of traditional harvesting period.
