Rats with different concentrations of terephthalic acid were orally exposed to a total of eight weeks of feeding. The general conditions were observed. Urine, blood and bone biochemical markers , The results showed that urine exposure in each group ca2 +, NH4 +, pH, serum albumin and other indicators in each group were significantly different, and some of the indicators showed a significant correlation between urine N-acetyl-β-D - glucosaminidase, serum calcium, bone calcium, and serum alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase compared with the control group no significant difference. The authors note that changes in urinary NH4 + can be used as a protection against TPA exposure limits.
