妊娠中期引产方法很多,但各有优缺点。到目前为止,尚无最安全最理想的妊娠中期引产方法。近年,上海应用了中药芫花根针剂(芫花萜注射液)进行引产,山东应用了全芫花针剂进行引产,均获得较满意的效果。我院学习上海、山东两地经验,由本院中药厂制成芫花注射液,采用羊膜腔注射进行妊娠中期引产,三个月余共引产120例。取得良好效果,兹介绍如下:一、芫花注射液的制备称取芫花适当量,用蒸馏水洗去泥土放入烧瓶中,加55%乙醇(1:6或1:5),在水浴上加热回流提取,每次两小时,共提取两次,提取液合并,用减压回收乙醇或常压蒸
