双方统计数字对不上;一方实行『出口管制』;还有其他复杂原因。美国人抱怨中美贸易不平衡并以此一再指责中国,甚至扬言要进行“报复性惩罚”。不错,从1993年开始,中国对美贸易的确一直是顺差,去年的数字是105亿美元。若按美方统计,1983年美国就开始出现逆差(整整提前了10年),而去年的逆差额接近400亿美元,几乎四倍于中国的统计数字! 人体出现失衡就要闹毛病,两国贸易不平衡自然也会产生麻烦。
Statistics on both sides do not match; one party’s “export control”; there are other complicated reasons. Americans complain about the trade imbalance between China and the United States and repeatedly accuse China of this. They even threatened to carry out “retaliatory punishment.” It is true that China’s trade with the United States has indeed been a surplus since 1993, up from last year’s figure of 10.5 billion U.S. dollars. According to the U.S. statistics, the United States began to experience deficits in 1983 (exactly 10 years ahead of schedule), while its deficit last year was nearly 40 billion U.S. dollars, almost four times as much as China’s statistics. Imbalance naturally causes trouble.
