决策权力和监督权力是组织内的两项基本权利,二者在组织中的配置由组织工作的性质决定。团队创新工作的性质决定了团队创新治理收益是决策权力个人化的递增函数;团队创新治理成本是监督权力外在化的递减函数。决策权力分散和监督权力集中的不对称配置有利于团队创新效率的提高。决策权力和监督权力在创新团队中的具体配置情况取决于创新治理收益、创新治理成本、信息成本以及监督成本之间的权衡。
Decision-making power and supervisory power are two basic rights within the organization, and their allocation in the organization is determined by the nature of the organization's work. The nature of team innovation determines the benefits of team innovation governance is an increasing function of personal decision-making power; and team innovation governance costs are diminishing functions of externalization of supervision power. The decentralization of decision-making power and the concentration of supervisory power are beneficial to the efficiency of team innovation. The specific allocation of decision-making power and supervisory power in the innovation team depends on the trade-off between innovation governance innovation, innovation governance costs, information costs, and supervisory costs.
