农村精神文明建设之农村社区化推广存在问题及对策浅析——以桂北地区为例

随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立,各种深层次的矛盾和问题日益暴露出来,有些在农村表现得尤为突出。在这种情况下,要实现农村的稳定,必须加强农村精神文明建设。而任何文明建设的顺利实现,都与管理模式息息相关,本文以桂北地区为例,浅析精神文明建设与社区化管理的关系,同时对当前农村推广社区化管理存在的问题,提出解决对策,为农村社区化在桂北地区的推广献计献策。

With the gradual establishment of the socialist market economic system in our country, various deep-seated conflicts and problems are increasingly exposed, and some are particularly prominent in the rural areas. Under such circumstances, in order to achieve rural stability, we must strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas. However, the successful realization of any civilized construction is closely related to the management mode. Taking GuiBei region as an example, this paper analyzes the relationship between the construction of spiritual civilization and community management. At the same time, it puts forward some solutions to the existing problems in the promotion of community management in rural areas, In order to promote rural community in North Guangxi offer advice and suggestions.
