目的观察普米克令舒加爱全乐沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法选取北京市怀柔区第一医院2006年1月～2006年12月急诊就治的慢性支气管炎急性发作患者89例,随机分两组,对照组43例,采用传统疗法(常规治疗+氨茶硷及肾上腺皮质激素静脉点滴);观察组46例,在常规治疗基础上加爱全乐、普米克令舒及沐舒坦混合雾化吸入。结果观察组在治愈率、症状消失时间、肺部罗音消失时间明显优于对照组。结论普米克令舒加爱全乐,沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作疗效明显。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pulmicort sulphate plus amoxicillin inhalation in the treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Eighty-nine patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis were selected from the First Hospital of Huairou District, Beijing from January 2006 to December 2006. The patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, 43 cases. The patients were treated with conventional therapy Alkali and adrenal cortex hormones intravenous drip); observation group of 46 cases, based on the conventional treatment plus Atrazine, Pulmicort Respules and mucosolvan mixed inhalation. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in cure rate, disappearance of symptoms, disappearance of pulmonary rales. Conclusions Pulmicort respiration Shu full love music inhalation mucosolvan treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis acute attack obvious effect.
