爱尔兰近日即将成为欧债危机受援国中第一个告别IMF救助的脱困者,爱尔兰经济能迅速从欧债危机深度衰退中复苏,创新型企业的贡献功不可没。爱尔兰是众多美国科技公司诸如Google、LinkedIn、Twitter、Facebook等的欧洲总部所在地,Intel、IBM在当地的研发中心更是颇具规模。实际上,长期以来,美国都是爱尔兰的第一大海外投资来源地,这其中原因,既有爱尔兰与美国之间的移民历史渊源,也有爱尔兰独特的企业税收政策和产业集聚效应带来的吸引力。
