经国家体育总局和国际自行车联盟批准,由国家体育总局、国家广播电影电视总局、青海省人民政府主办的首届环青海湖国际公路自行车赛将于今年7月27日至8月3日举行。本次比赛共设9个赛段,分个人计时赛、个人赛和城市绕圈赛,总里程为1391.4公里。将有来自五大洲12支高水平的队伍参赛,已在国际自行车联盟注册为2.5级赛事,总奖金高达20万美元。这次比赛以青海省丰富而独特的自然、人文、体育、旅游为依托,旨在以国际自行车赛事为载体,展示“三江源”生态保护对我国乃至世界的重要意义,探索在西部大开发中体育与经济发展有机结合的道路,为青海的经济和社会发展服务。(体博)
With the approval of the General Administration of Sport of China and the International Bicycle Federation, the first round of the Qinghai Lake International Cycling Tournament hosted by the State Sports General Administration, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the Qinghai Provincial People’s Government will be held from July 27 to August 3 this year. The competition consists of 9 stages, divided into individual time trial, individual race and city circle race, with a total mileage of 1391.4 km. There will be 12 high-level teams from all five continents participating in the International Bicycle Alliance registered as a 2.5-level event with a total prize money of up to 200,000 U.S. dollars. Based on the rich and unique nature, culture, sports and tourism of Qinghai Province, this competition aims to showcase the significance of the “Three Rivers” ecological protection to our country and the world by taking the international bicycle race as the carrier. The path of organic combination of sports and economic development serves the economic and social development of Qinghai. (Body Bo)
