在高血压病方面,阻抗血流图应用于临床,主要研究①对高血压病进行分类;②评价高血压病的心功能,③探讨药物对高血压病的影响。由于阻抗血流图既是无创的,又能获得良好的重复性,再加上电子计算机对数据的快速处理,故不失为高血压病的辅助诊断手段。1 对高血压病进行分类临床上分类方法较多,如以舒张压水平对高血压病分类,以病因分类等。用阻抗血流图也可对高血压病进行分类。可根据高血压病人的血流动力学反应类型分为Ⅲ型。Ⅰ型以心输出量增加为主Ⅱ型以外周阻力增加为主,Ⅲ型输出量及外周阻力都增加。还可根据心输出量、总外周阻力及主动脉顺应性三项指标对其分类:CI(每分搏血指数)
