教师若能经常反思自己的教学,把对教学实践的认识由感性上升到理性,并制定出自己不满之处的改进计划,把成功经验记录下来,就会形成自己独特的教学经验和教学个性。把疏漏失误记录下来,及时吸取教训,就能“吃一堑,长一智”。当反思成为教师的一种自我意识,这种自我意识必将能够有效地监控、调节教师的教学活动,从而形成教师自我完善的内在机制。
If teachers can often reflect on their own teaching, raise their awareness of teaching practice from sensibility to rationality and formulate improvement plans for their dissatisfaction, and record their successful experiences, they will form their own unique teaching experience and teaching personality. To record omissions, learn lessons in a timely manner, we can “eat a cut, long wisdom.” When reflection becomes a kind of self-consciousness of teachers, this kind of self-consciousness will surely be able to effectively monitor and regulate teachers ’teaching activities so as to form the internal mechanism of teachers’ self-improvement.
