为了更好的与动态密封技术相配套,保障瓦斯抽采钻孔的密封性,研发了新型瓦斯抽采钻孔密封材料,实验对比分析了新型密封材料与传统水泥基密封材料在黏度、膨胀性和保水性等方面的特性。结果表明:新型密封材料较传统水泥基密封材料在膨胀性、保水性方面更好,与此同时还能长时间保持较好的流动性,整体性能较传统水泥基密封材料优越,更适合于瓦斯抽采钻孔动态密封技术,能够有效封堵钻孔周围微裂隙,改善瓦斯抽采钻孔的密封性。
