研究了碳纳米管对硅橡胶力学性能、导电性能和导热性能等的影响。结果表明,随着碳纳米管用量的增大,硅橡胶硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力均逐渐升高,拉伸强度和撕裂强度先升高后降低,拉断伸长率逐渐降低,高温拉伸强度降低;加入碳纳米管后,硫化胶拉伸强度保持率逐步升高;随着碳纳米管用量的增大,硫化胶导电性能明显升高,导热性能逐渐升高。扫描电镜观察结果表明,碳纳米管在硅橡胶基体中分散均匀。
The effects of carbon nanotubes on the mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of silicone rubber were investigated. The results show that with the increase of the amount of carbon nanotubes, the hardness and set stress of silicone rubber vulcanizates are gradually increased, the tensile strength and tear strength first increased and then decreased, the elongation at break decreased, the high temperature Tensile strength decreased; After adding carbon nanotubes, vulcanizates tensile strength retention gradually increased; with the increase of the amount of carbon nanotubes, vulcanizates conductivity increased significantly, the thermal conductivity gradually increased. Scanning electron microscopy results show that carbon nanotubes in the silicone rubber matrix dispersed.
