选人用人公信度是提高党管干部的科学性和准确性的重要指标。只有着眼群众路线,坚持德才兼备、任人唯贤,努力做到组织意愿广泛认可;坚持发扬民主、官兵参与,努力做到群众意愿真实体现;坚持因人制宜、以人为本,努力做到个人意愿充分尊重,才能有效提升党委班子公信度、提高党员群众认可度,建设高素质的领导班子和干部队伍。
The credibility of selecting and employing people is an important indicator of improving the scientificity and accuracy of party management and cadres.
