导师制(tutorial system)于15世纪初期由英国牛津大学首创[1],它的实施对英国高等教育的发展起了重要作用。我国于2002年开始在北京大学元培计划实验班实行导师制。随后北京、上海等地数十所高校也相继尝试建立本科生导师制,至今各高校已普遍实行导师制。河北医科大学法医学系2003年开始探索实行本科生导师制,本文尝试总结本校实行导师制近10年的经验和问题,希望能为该制度的良性发展提供参考。
The tutorial system was first initiated by the University of Oxford in the early 15th century. Its implementation has played an important role in the development of higher education in Britain. Our country started the mentoring system in Peking University Yuanpei plan experimental class in 2002. Subsequently, Beijing, Shanghai and other places dozens of colleges and universities have also tried to establish undergraduate tutor system, so far the colleges and universities have implemented the tutor system. Hebei Medical University Department of Forensic began to explore the implementation of undergraduate tutor system in 2003, this article attempts to summarize the nearly 10 years of our tutors system experience and problems, hoping to provide a reference for the healthy development of the system.
