目的通过对1例氚内污染人员的内照射剂量估算及临床医学处理,探讨氚内污染的损伤效应及医学处理方法,为类似病例的医学应急救治提供资料和积累经验。方法采用“多对一”的方式问诊,密切观察受照人员的临床表现;辅助开展相关实验室检查以及器械检查;采用液闪计数法测定监测期尿样的尿氚浓度,并按相关标准进行内照射剂量估算。结果临床观察发现受照人员出现轻度乏力症状,并存在睡眠障碍,给予相应治疗后症状改善;通过测定尿氚浓度及科学计算,估算出末次待积有效剂量为0.113 m Sv,促排期间产生的总有效剂量为13.308 m Sv。结论成功地对1例氚内污染人员进行了临床医学处理及剂量估算。
Objective To estimate the internal dose of tritium contamination personnel and clinical medical treatment, and to explore the damage effect of tritium pollution and medical treatment methods, to provide information and experience in medical emergency treatment of similar cases. Methods The method of “many-to-one” was used for interrogation, and the clinical manifestations of the exposed persons were observed closely. The related laboratory and instrumental tests were also assisted. Urinary tritium concentrations in urine during the monitoring period were measured by liquid scintillation counting and Related standards for internal dose estimates. Results The clinical observation showed that mild symptoms of mild fatigue were found in the exposed persons, and there were sleep disorders and the symptoms were improved after the corresponding treatment. The urinary tritium concentration and the scientific calculation were used to estimate the effective dose to be 0.113 m Sv The total effective dose is 13.308 m Sv. Conclusions A case of tritium contamination was successfully treated with clinical medicine and dose estimation.
