病历摘要王××,女,61岁,家庭主妇。因19天来头痛、昏迷两次,于1963年2月15日入院。19天前晚11时正排便时,突然感觉全头部剧烈疼痛,伴恶心,10分钟后意识不清,四肢乱动,呕吐一次,为胃内容物,大小便失禁,血压170～190/100毫米汞柱,次日神志清醒,有时烦躁,自述头痛,四肢均能活动。5天前凌晨4时再度昏迷不醒,呼吸节律慢,最慢时每分钟7次,有鼾声,瞳孔对光反应消失。次日腰穿,脑脊液呈橘红色,压力400毫米水柱,细胞总数2,350个/立方毫米、白细胞56个/立方毫米,部分红细胞被缩,离心沉淀后液体呈黄色,糖50毫克%、蛋白84毫克%、氯化物740毫克%。经急救处理昏迷略减轻。此次病前无外伤感染史,病后不发热,无抽搐。既往无高血压,无头痛、头晕,无溃疡病、肝病及出血性疾病,无结核病史。有烟酒嗜好,妊娠两次,流产一次。

Coma by the emergency treatment slightly reduced. No history of trauma infection before the disease, the disease does not fever, no convulsions. No previous high blood pressure, no headache, dizziness, no ulcer disease, liver disease and hemorrhagic disease, no history of tuberculosis. Have alcoholic drinks and tobacco, pregnancy twice, abortion once.
