庆大霉素自1963年闻世,1969年左右应用于临床十余年来,发生过敏性休克的并不多见。最近我院收救庆大霉素肌肉注射后出现过敏性休克一例。患儿曾××,男性,2岁,家住百色地区水电工程队。1982年1月20日上午因咳嗽3天,发热(37.5℃)1天来我院门诊,经儿科诊断为支气管炎。给予庆大霉素及其他口服药品,(患儿家长提出背孩子来院注射不便,要求将针药带回请本单位卫生室注射)约11时15分左右,该单位卫生室按我院医嘱给予患儿肌肉注射庆大霉素2万单位(广西壮
