本文针对在我国还处于过渡经济时期国有企业资本运营中政府介入的必然性，从政府介入的角色、他人实证研究结果和现实企业资本运营的案例的角度，分析了政府介入对企业资本运营效率的影响，得出了政府介入在中国过渡经济时期是一个必须面对的现实，政府的介入在几种情况下往往有助于提高国有企业资本运营效率的结论
