据新华网5月4日报道,由中国提供贷款支持、中国公司承建的柬埔寨55号公路项目在柬西北部省份菩萨省正式开工建设,柬埔寨首相洪森和中国驻柬大使布建国出席开工仪式。洪森在仪式上表示,柬埔寨的经济发展与中国的支持和帮助是分不开的,55号公路从菩萨省直达柬泰边境,它的建成将为柬埔寨各类农产品的交易和运输创造便利条件,将对推动当地经济发展发挥重要作用。
