目的:探讨优质护理服务在骨科住院患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取浙江长广(集团)有限公司职工医院骨科住院患者100例,采取随机分组原则,将这些患者平均分为两组,分别为优质与常规护理组,研究不同护理方式对骨科患者所带来的效果,总结护理经验。结果:优质护理组患者的临床指标均明显优于常规护理组,包括并发症发生情况、住院时间,数据比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者护理质量评分(护理技能、护理态度、工作效率)比较差异显著(P<0.05);比较分析两组患者治疗期间的护理满意度,结果表明优质护理组明显高另一组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务应用于骨科住院患者中,可缓解患者负面情绪,提高患者的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality nursing service in the inpatient care of orthopedics. Methods: A total of 100 orthopedic inpatients from Zhejiang Changguang (Group) Co., Ltd. were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization. The patients were divided into high quality and routine care group respectively. Come to the effect, summed up nursing experience. Results: The clinical indexes of the quality nursing group were significantly better than those of the routine nursing group, including complications, length of hospital stay, and data (P <0.05). The nursing quality scores (nursing skills, nursing attitude, work (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared and analyzed. The results showed that the quality care group was significantly higher than the other group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The quality nursing service applied to orthopedic inpatients can relieve the negative emotions and improve patient satisfaction.
