人往高处走,乃人之常情。为高薪、为发展、为理想的工作环境跳槽已成为现代职场的常态,人们也已从道德的层面接受了跳槽的行为。伴随着经济的高速发展,人们更换工作的频率也越来越快。据调查,中国的年轻人几乎平均5年换一次工作。跳槽率水涨船高,因跳槽而引发的纠纷甚至诉讼也日渐增多,这不能不引起跳槽者的注意。跳槽虽是劳动者的基本权利,但跳槽亦有其”道”。
People go height, but human nature. It has become the norm in the modern job market that high-paying, for-development and ideal-job environments have changed jobs, and people have also taken the job-hopping from the ethical level. With the rapid economic development, people are changing their jobs faster and faster. According to the survey, young people in China change work almost every year for an average of five years. Job-hopping rate soared, due to job-hopping disputes and even litigation is also increasing, which inevitably caused the job-hopper’s attention. Although the job-hopping is the basic rights of workers, there are also “ways” for job-hopping.
