班级管理是一项繁琐、复杂的工作,在新课程改革背景下,如何更好地开展班主任工作,探索出一条更加行之有效的育人之路尤为重要。本文主要从潜心做好班内小事、如何关爱学生、刻苦钻研教材教法、强化班级管理等几方面进行论述。
Class management is a tedious and complicated task. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, it is particularly important to explore how to make better work as a teacher in charge of a class and to find a more effective way to educate people. This article mainly devotes oneself to the small class in the class, how to care for the student, assiduously studies the textbook teaching method, strengthens the class management and so on several aspects to carry on the discussion.
