为了贯彻落实党的教育方针,使大学生有机会走出校园,接触社会,开阔视野,丰富知识,1981年以来的十年时间里,我先后参与七次教学实习活动,使本科生的实习与研究生的社会实践活动,获得了较好效果.受到了黑龙江、贵州、浙江、湖北、陕西、江苏、四川等省、市档案部门的好评,达到了预期目的.今把参与教学实践活动的感受与体会简述如下:一、理论与实践相结合,学习才更有动力.档案管理学,是一门实用性很强的科学.只有在实际的应用过程中,才能体现出理论的指导意义,也只有在实践中才能使其理论得到检验,趋于更加完美.有一位女同学,1985年6月在贵州省档案馆实习后,座谈时很有感慨地说:“在学校里学习档案管理学时,觉得它枯燥乏味,抽象难以记忆,引不起兴趣,一到教室里就想睡觉;有些条文死记硬背,考试完毕,渐渐地淡忘了.通过这次实习,老师课堂上讲授的知识与方法,很快得到消化与运用,并能独立地解决
