The National Seminar on the Distribution of Financial Resources was held in Jilin City, Jilin Province in August 1982. Attending the meeting were representatives from the Ministry of Finance Institute of Finance and Science, the Institute of Finance and Trade Materials Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Institute of Economics, the Ministry of Finance of 19 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, the bureau of finance and scientific research, and tertiary institutions, a total of 94 people . The meeting discussed the current situation of new distribution of national financial resources, new problems and ways to solve, but also discussed the distribution of financial resources on several theoretical questions
