本文根据共轭剪裂的锐角等分线指示主压应力方位的岩(土)破裂试验准则,利用卫星照片所显示的影象在松散沉积物复盖的江苏及其邻近的平原区内提取共轭剪裂的构造形迹,经测量、统计,求出锐角等分线方位的平均值,作为现今构造应力场主压应力轴标志。反演结果表明:江苏地区有一个北西西—南东东的挤压应力场,并以此讨论了本区的区域性活动断裂及其与地震的关系。
