本文作者用电泳图谱法研究了钾素养分对玉米和花生幼苗及玉米子实胚乳内酶活性的影响。玉米、花生幼苗种植在有钾和无钾的Hoagland培养液中生长30天。从电泳图谱表明,施钾处理的玉米幼苗的酶带比不施钾处理的数量多而色带宽。施钾处理的花生幼苗根系酶活性比不施钾处理的要高15~20倍,施钾处理的玉米种子胚乳中过氧化物酶的活性比不施钾处理的提高了12倍,说明钾对促进作物体内酶活性有重要作用。有利于作物产量提高。田间钾肥肥效试验结果证明,在缺钾的土壤上,施用钾肥有极显著的增产效果。
The authors used electrophoretograms to study the effects of potassium on enzyme activities in endosperm of maize and peanut seedlings and maize seeds. Corn, peanut seedlings were grown for 30 days in Hoagland broth with and without potassium. Electrophoregram showed that the enzyme bands of K-fertilized maize seedlings were more abundant than the non-K-fertilized ones. The root enzyme activity of peanut seedlings treated with potassium was 15 ~ 20 times higher than that without potassium treatment. The activity of peroxidase in endosperm of potassium-treated maize seeds was increased by 12 times compared with that without potassium treatment. Promote crop enzyme activity has an important role. Conducive to crop yield increase. Field fertilizer test results show that, in the potassium-deficient soil, the application of potassium has a very significant yield-increasing effect.
