采用以r射线照射为主处理、氯化钠为副处理的裂区试验设计,研究氯化钠对水稻休眠和萌发种子的辐射保护作用。结果表明,M1代一叶期和三叶期动苗生长,成苗率和商性的辐射损伤效应随处理剂量的增加而显著加重;而0.05、0.1和0.2M氯化钠水溶液预处理受照射的水稻种子,可促进幼苗生长,提高成苗率和育性,与对照的差异极显著。表明氯比钠对水稻具有辐射保护作用。此外,在休眠种子照射中,氯化钠列M1代一叶期、三叶期的苗高、成苗率和育性的保护作用分别为22.02±8.73、21.31±5.60、22.68±5.77和8.33±8.45;在萌发种子照射中分别为21.32±16.33、18.92±9.18、27.91±21.38和12.02±13.42。
The experimental design of split zone, which mainly treated with r-ray and sodium chloride as secondary treatment, was used to study the radiation protection of dormancy and germination seeds of rice by sodium chloride. The results showed that the radiation damage effects of seedling growth rate and commercial seedling growth rate were significantly increased with the increase of treatment dose in M1 and one-leaf stage, while 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 M sodium chloride aqueous solution pretreatment Of rice seeds, can promote seedling growth, improve seedling rate and fertility, and the difference was significant compared with the control. The results showed that chlorpyrifos had a radioprotective effect on rice.
