动态与静态是一对相辅相成和相反相成的概念术语。按照辩证唯物主义的观点,物质运动是绝对的、永恒的;而静态是相对的、短暂的。世界上任何事物几乎都处在不断变化、转换的状况之中。语言是伴随人类活动的一种特殊物质。与世界上其他语言一样,英语语言同样处于不断的变化之中。本文拟从词汇学、语义学、句法学、语篇分析理论对现代英语的动态情况进行探讨,以引起英语学习者和研究者的重视。
Dynamic and static are a pair of conceptual terms that are complementary and opposite. According to dialectical materialism, material movement is absolute and eternal, while static is relative and ephemeral. Almost everything in the world is in a state of constant change and transformation. Language is a special substance that accompanies human activity. As with other languages in the world, the English language is also constantly changing. This thesis intends to discuss the dynamic situation of modern English from the perspectives of lexicology, semantics, syntax and discourse analysis to arouse the attention of English learners and researchers.
