基于LabVIEW与MATLAB混合编程的思想,设计了矿井提升机在线监测与故障诊断系统,综合运用计算机、虚拟仪器、故障诊断等技术,经数据采集及分析、预测报警等实现了提升机在线监测与故障诊断功能。充分利用了LabVIEW与MATLAB的特点,安装简便,界面友好,编程灵活。对现场采集的振动信号进行了小波消噪与奇异性检测测试,取得了良好的效果。
Based on the idea of mixed programming between LabVIEW and MATLAB, this paper designs an on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system of mine hoist, and realizes the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine hoist through data collection and analysis, forecasting alarm and so on by comprehensively using computer, virtual instrument and fault diagnosis technology Diagnostic function. Take full advantage of the characteristics of LabVIEW and MATLAB, easy to install, friendly interface, programming flexibility. Vibration signal collected on the scene of wavelet denoising and singularity testing, and achieved good results.
