作者分别以15年生和10年生“富士/海棠”苹果树为试材,研究了叶片缺Zn对新梢生长、单叶面积、百叶鲜重、百叶干重、比叶重、百叶厚度和叶绿素组成情况的影响。结果表明,缺锌叶片单叶面积减少90.58%,百叶鲜重、百叶干重及百叶厚度均显著下降,新梢生长量减少。病叶比重小、叶绿素a的含量和CA/CB低,导致了叶质下降,光合功能减弱,物质积累减少,从而影响了器官的正常建造和发育。
The authors studied the effects of Zn deficient on leaf growth, single leaf area, fresh weight of leaf, dry weight of leaf, specific leaf mass, leaf thickness and chlorophyll content of 15-year-old and 10-year-old "Fuji / The impact of the situation.
