OBJECTIVE: To observe the improvement of memory function and motor function of the officers and men stationed at an altitude of 5200 m on a daily basis for 1 h. Methods: Thirty-six 36 soldiers who were stationed at 5200 m above sea level for 1 year and continued to have low oxygen flow 1 h every day for 5 months after the garrison were stationed were enrolled in this study. The DDX-200 multifunctional psychophysiological test rehabilitation instrument was used to cross the left hand and the right hand The beat frequency and digital memory breadth-to-back test (observation group) were compared with those of 36 non-oxygenated officers stationed at the same checkpoint (control group). Results: The frequency of crossover percussion operation and the correct frequency of left and right hands in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and the number of errors and the average time were significantly decreased (P <0.05) ). Conclusion: The daily oxygen intake for 1 h can significantly improve the memory function and limb movement ability of officers and soldiers stationed in the plateau.
